Discord IDs — user IDs, server (guild) IDs, channel IDs, role IDs

Message content — only when explicitly required by a feature you enable (e.g., logging, moderation triggers)
Roblox usernames and IDs — for verification or in-game integration features
Command usage — basic logs of commands run, for debugging and abuse prevention

No data is collected from users who do not interact with the Services.

02 What Is NOT Collected

The Services do not collect:

Real names, addresses, phone numbers, or government IDs
Email addresses (unless you voluntarily provide one for support)
Passwords, payment information, or financial data
IP addresses (beyond what Discord/Roblox already provide to bot operators)
Private DM content outside the bot's own DMs with you
Messages from servers where the bot is not present

03 How Data Is Used

Collected data is used solely to:

Operate and maintain the core functionality of the Services
Process commands and respond to user actions
Enforce moderation actions configured by server staff
Debug errors and prevent abuse of the Services
Improve features based on aggregated usage patterns

Data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing, advertising, or profit.

04 Data Storage & Security

Data is stored on servers operated by the Developer or trusted hosting providers. Reasonable measures are taken to protect data, but no system is 100% secure.

The Developer cannot guarantee absolute security of stored data. By using the Services, you accept the inherent risks of online data storage. Do not store sensitive personal information through the Services.

Data is retained only as long as needed to provide the Services or as required by the bot's features (e.g., moderation logs are kept until manually cleared by server staff).

05 Data Sharing

The Developer does not share collected data with third parties, except in the following limited situations:

Service providers — hosting platforms, databases, or infrastructure necessary to operate the Services
Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to comply with legal process
Platform compliance — to comply with Discord, Roblox, or other platform Terms of Service
Protection — to investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, security issues, or violations of the Terms of Service

06 Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request access — find out what data the Services hold about you
Request deletion — ask for your data to be removed from the Services
Request correction — fix inaccurate data associated with you
Withdraw consent — stop using the Services at any time

To exercise any of these rights, contact the Developer through the methods listed on the main site. Requests are handled on a best-effort basis and may take time to process.

Note: removing a bot from a server typically deletes server-specific data, but some logs may persist for a short period for backup and abuse-prevention purposes.

07 Children's Privacy

The Services are not intended for users under 13 years of age (or the minimum age required by Discord, Roblox, or applicable law in your region). The Developer does not knowingly collect data from children under this age.

If you believe a child has provided data to the Services, contact the Developer to have it removed.

08 Third-Party Platforms

The Services operate on third-party platforms (Discord, Roblox, etc.). Those platforms have their own privacy policies and data practices, which are outside the Developer's control.

The Developer is not responsible for how Discord, Roblox, or any other platform collects, uses, or shares your data. Please review their respective privacy policies for more information.

09 Cookies & Tracking

The main website (vpxr.xyz) does not use tracking cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. No personal data is collected from visitors who simply browse the website.

10 Changes to This Policy

The Developer reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time, without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.

It is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not liable for any damages, losses, or harm arising from data collection, storage, breach, or use, including but not limited to unauthorized access, accidental disclosure, or loss of data.
